- The continuous existence of the human soul
- Personal responsibility
- Compensation and retribution hereafter for all the good and evil deeds done on earth
- Eternal progress open to every human soul.
What is Spiritualism?
A Science -We are all energy and energy never dies, therefore life is continuous.
A Philosophy - The Seven Principles being the foundation of Spiritualism
A Religion - The way we chose to live, as guided by our seven principles
Through Mediumship, we aim to connect with the Spirit World and provide evidence of life after life.
We welcome people from all faiths to join our services and activities. However, in order to become a member of our organistation, people must accept our religion, based on the seven principles.
Originally we occupied premises over what was Cowlings in Belvoir Street, Leicester. .Later we moved to premises in Fox Lane, and in November 1963 we moved to our new building on the corner of Lee Circle and St. James Street. The church was reformed in May 2007 enabling us to return to the original principles of LPSC but more recently has returned to being an Associated Body of the Spiritualist National Union, although not Affiliated to them.
